Step 1: Lets Talk About Your Vision!

We'll start by having a conversation about what you envision for your project and how we can help with that. Whether you prefer to call, email, or text us, we’re ready to listen! 810-358-4409. Or, if you’re already clear on your vision, feel free to jump straight to Step 2!

Step 2: Personalize & Customize Your Project

Next we ask that you fill out two contact forms to personalize your project so that we can serve you in Absolutely The Best way possible (please be sure to fill out BOTH forms). We also ask that you send photos & descriptions of your project(NOT required-just appreciated). Photos can be sent to us by text message or email. (rough measurements are a plus to help get you a ballpark price but again not required)

Step 3: Receive a Free Rough Price/ Schedule Consultation

Based on the details from your forms and photos, we will provide you with a rough price range for your project – absolutely FREE (if possible)! Once you’ve reviewed the rough estimate and want to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation to dive deeper.

Step 4: On-Site Consultation

This is where the magic happens! During our in-person consultation, we’ll take more precise measurements and gather any additional details necessary to bring your vision to life. This is when we’ll go over what sets ATB apart, discuss your vision, needs, expectations, finalize colors, products, and design possibilities, we will also go over payment schedules, and outline your project’s full process. We want to ensure everything is clear from the start and make this project exciting! This is a good time to discuss your daily routines, and any other factors to ensure the project goes smoothly without disrupting you and your home/business life. Your comfort and convenience are just as important to us as the finished product!

Step 5: Approval & Deposit

After our consultation, we’ll send you a detailed quote within one week, delivered via email, text, or a Zoom call. Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are ready to move forward, you’ll have the opportunity to approve it and put down a deposit. This secures your spot on our schedule and gets the ball rolling toward your dream outdoor living project!

Step 6: Project Starts & Final Walkthrough

Once you've approved the quote and the deposit has been made, ATB will take care of the rest! We'll order all necessary materials and provide you with a start date for your project. Once the work has been completed, we'll schedule a final walkthrough to ensure you're completely satisfied. During the walkthrough, we’ll also go over how to maintain your new space to keep it looking perfect over time and address any questions you may have. Thank you!
